INCITO LTD is the continuation of our grandfather’s workshop “Haridemos Theodorou” established in the mid-1940s next to his house. That led to “Charidemos & Sons Ltd”, a well-known -second generation, family run- timber furniture & windows/doors business that was founded in 1980, which in turn led to INCITO LTD in 2018. INCITO took upon it to continue the family tradition and with the accumulated experience of the previous generation and the passion of the next (third) generation to serve the sector.

 

Under the guidance of Mr. Giorgos Haridemos Theodorou (General Manager), the Management Team, which includes: Panayiotis Theodorou (Business Development), Maria Theodorou (Architectural Design and Project Management), Charitini Theodorou (HR Management and H&S Officer) and Pavlos Theodorou (Production Management and Purchases), steers the company for the years to come! Each member designated to a different Department, based on their studies and professional background, working together in order to fulfil the mission and vision of the company.

 

We combine the expertise and craftmanship of the founding generation and the academic and technical expertise of the younger generation with modern machinery and respect to the environment and people to enable us to meet our clients’ expectations and deliver on time and on budget.

As a continuation of an 80-year old history of excellence, awards and recognitions, we now aim even higher. Our staff numbers up to 30 people and more according to needs, while some of our people have been working with us for over 20 years. We strongly believe in exceeding our clients’ expectations and delivering results that testify our values: quality, consistency, cooperation and respect. Our commitment to quality has always been a core value of our company and since 2018 we are an ISO 9001:2015 quality management certified company.

 

Our work is not limited to any industry; we specialize in residential, commercial and institutional work – collaborating with Architects, General Contractors, Designers, Real Estate companies and Owners. We are a full-service facility capable of providing all grades of scope of work.

 

Our experience in large scale projects, with high quality demands, large workloads within pressuring time schedules; and often working with materials that require know-how and smart thinking in production and installation, renders our team capable of carrying out challenging projects successfully.
