INCITO LTD carries forward a legacy that began in the mid-1940s with our grandfather Haridemos Theodorou and his small workshop, founded beside his home in Aradippou, Larnaca. What began as a modest woodworking operation evolved into “Charidemos & Sons Ltd”, a reputable second-generation family business specializing in timber furniture and window and door manufacturing, established in 1980. In 2018, the third generation founded INCITO LTD, honoring the family tradition while embracing modern methods and ambitions.

 

Today, INCITO LTD brings together decades of experience, craftmanship and innovation. Under the leadership of Mr. Giorgos Haridemos Theodorou  (General Manager), the company is guided by a dedicated team of family members - each bringing specialized expertise, formal education and prior professional experience to their role:

• Panayiotis Theodorou - Business Development

• Maria Theodorou - Architectural Design and Project Management

• Charitini Theodorou - HR Management and H&S Officer

• Pavlos Theodorou - Production Management and Purchases.

Each member leads a distinct department aligned with their academic background and industry experience, working closely together to achieve the company's mission and long-term vision.

This synergy enables us to consistently meet our clients' expectations - delivering high quality results on time and within budget.

Our team includes up to 30 professionals, expanding as needed -  with several team members having been with us for over two decades. Since 2018, we have proudly operated under the ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System.

 

We serve a wide range of sectors - residential, commercial, hospitality and institutional, including schools and public buildings - and collaborate closely with architects, general contractors, designers, developers and private clients. As a full-service facility, we manage all scopes of work, from custom pieces to large-scale architectural woodworking.
