Discovery, Consultation & Quotation

Every project starts with a conversation. We work closely with architects, designers, developers, and contractors who share BOQs, drawings, specifications, or even initial concepts. Our team takes the time to understand the vision and scope, asking the right questions and identifying potential challenges early.

We ‘re also here to assist with value engineering – helping to bring ambitious designs to life within practical parameters. After a thorough review, we provide expert guidance and submit a detailed quotation based on materials, scope and timeline.

Design Collaboration & Technical Development

Once the project is underway, our in-house design team collaborates with all stakeholders to develop shop drawings, suggest materials, and ensure technical feasibility. Whether it’s a decorative furniture unit or a certified fire-rated timber door: we provide the expertise to realize your ideas.

We offer samples and mock-ups as needed to support design validation and ensure alignment with project goals. This phase ensures everything is tailored and production-ready - with precision at its core.

Production & Craftsmanship

Upon shop drawing approval, our production team brings the designs to life. Using CNC technology and skilled hands, we manufacture a wide range of bespoke elements: from fusion furniture to kitchens, wall paneling, wardrobes and complex timber door systems.

We work across a variety of materials – including solid and engineered wood, metal, stone, glass, acrylic and solid surfaces. We also specialize in fire-rated timber doors and glazed screens, certified under BS476: Part 22 and EN1634-1. With over 20 years of experience and third-party certification from IFC Certification – KIWA UK Group, we ensure compliance, safety, and performance.

All procedures adhere to our ISO 9001:2015 certified Quality Management System.

Finishing & Quality Control

From fine sanding to custom finishing, we treat every detail with care. Each product is inspected for durability, accuracy and visual quality before it leaves our facility.

We self-perform all core services — including fabrication, assembly, finishing, and installation - ensuring seamless coordination, tight quality control, and on-time delivery. When outsourcing is necessary, we work exclusively with trusted, high-standard partners.

Delivery & Installation

Our experienced installation team ensures each element is delivered and installed with care, working in close coordination with other trades on-site. We’re well-equipped to handle tight schedules, complex site conditions, and high-performance expectations with confidence and professionalism.

Handover & Aftercare

After installation, we conduct a final walk-through to ensure every detail meets the original design intent. We remain available for ongoing support, maintenance guidance, or any required adjustments.
